No-one asks for payment in these forums, well not the people who share openly and who help the community anyway :) And can you blame them, honestly? I'd be pretty peed off too, it's like a slap in the face to people who help and share their time and all their hard work.
Yes, stealing and hacking what PwFrance isn't the decent thing to do, but it's pretty rich to complain when everyone's been using/building upon the original files that we're stolen in the first place, ijs :/ And we all KNOW their going to get their servers hacked, if they've got 1.4.4 files and are refusing to share (especially if they're behaving like a bunch of elitist asses) I'm not saying we SHOULD.
It's really sad that most of these people who make their own content, and who've used these forums for help, refuse to give any thanks/acknowledge or share anything they build upon. I can understand why some people quit pw server development.

right now P servers actually HAVE something on official PWi, they don't SUCK -- if P servers were the same as PWi, then why the hell wouldn't I just play PWi :p

what leads me back to assuming they are using pwemu. Because its very hard to form proper packets for the client to accept ALL of them. That's, beyond very low amount of people involved, the only reason why angelemu is just working randomly. There are ways to work around such disconnects, but its all a matter of randomness for them to fail.

Not all of us :) I wouldn't know how to DDOS/hack my way out of a paper bag! Disagree with the hacking part, that is bang out of order...but am upset that they aren't sharing even a little bit, that would be beneficial to us :) Not talking about a fully working server with tideborn and genies, but some of the stuff that would improve what we do have. Like autopathing for one :)

Well I've never really wanted them -- not for private server... I mean, other than maybe to 'dick around with', but I really don't think I'd ever open such a server because then it's the same as PWi...
The only way I would LOVE to get my hands on 1.4.4 would be if we knew how to FULLY EDIT SKILLS -- So I could do something PWE/PW Beijing has FAILED to do ------- RESTORE BALANCE TO THE GAME ------- !!!!!!!

That is not pwemu. It uses other architecture and clientside graphics.
