What is the problem you got? What type of error?
Just for your information, the pwfrance servers are in russia, you are in netherlands, to get files from there your packets have to cross germany, where we have some big internet issues atm because of storms ;) tr again in some hours
Additionally they appear to use fail2ban, so if you made too many unsuccessful attempts of loading their site, you will be ipbanned :D

I agree with that! The new classes are optional for me. I just want the new stuff like the new skills, the fashion headgears, the autopath and all the new little things. - No more ecm/gfx fixing
- New interface with all the new features

- Probably a lot more

It's true, one could download official client and then just patch, depending how much custom content they got. However they got no reason to cheat their community. I took a short look at their forum and it seems that they really have all stuff that PWI has.
Well technically you still would not HAVE to download their client to play. Even if they have 200 GB's of custom content in THEIR client, having 1.4.4 you could connect with the official client (and you would just lack any 'custom' "content").

This...they have a really long discussion on their forums about the patch - I doubt they would screw their own community over like that. From what I understand through google translate a good chunk of their community isn't even happy about the change.
They probably need their own client due to all the custom content they are going to implement (basically, content they already have, and they also want to have in the new version, which is also why they couldn't just update the servers to the new version several weeks ago).
I do hope other servers will get this new version though. Their servers are only 2x, and if I understood it right through google translate, you can get 2 cubi for 2€. I just don't really see how their servers are even worth playing on...not to mention one of the admins already stated that they would be ip banning all non-French speaking countries.
All in all this really doesn't look like BS at all, but then again you never know.
