For developing (like your translation files) i would recommend using source control i.e. SVN for the files you've changed (like i did for PWD).
- This will give you better access (you don't have to search for the modified files in the client) & control (fixes/updates) on the files you've worked so hard for
- More scalability (changes) and flexibility (independend of underlying pw-client)
- Also it's easier when working with multiple people on the same project
Ok so i will check that all on a secure side. Copying client and start a testserver to play around with.
Btw, the thing most of mah players complained about is still the Autopilot. We miss this thing :D:
Hope someone will find out how to get this thing to work.
And if someone finds the ID of the "Activate monster creator" thing to let it snow whould also be cool :D:
I tried that but i only see the snowmen. Must be another number i guess. I know someone of mah team started the snow once. Unfort??? ( dunno the word, mah english is a bit rusty i think ) he forgot the number and i dont want to start events i dont know on a live server.
I'll try when i play around with test server. If i find out what number it is i will post :wink:

I am pretty certain the snow comes with the snowmen, but you could look around in npcgen for other linked ones to that creature builder or are set to be automatic on that time...
Or maybe you arre missing some gfx in the client since even I had some issues with gfx originally before I merged a lot of pwd into my client

btw the snowmen are not only in ADC. Event ID 2 brings snowmen into every city. And starts the snow. I just dont have the graphics file ( thanks to das for the hint :wink: )
The 134 ID with the boxes was for a race thing. Pretty funny to catch noobs :D:
for me ID 9 does nothing. 10 starts Monthly race and 11 the yearly race. I think 9 is for daily but nothing happens at all.

Could it be this one? Someone found it on PWI forums, it was after TB patch though so it might be different one.
IDs 9 - 10 - 11 = spawns flags near City of the Plume, spawns a bridge to cross the water and spawns the mobs that buff the nearby players when they cross a checkpoint!
It's a little race around City of the Plume and can be spawned at anytime by a GM :wink:

Yes this is the famous "NON AGGRO BOSS inside the wall" (ID 125) !
I have done that. ID 9 starts nothing. 10 shows the monthly race which brings up that "monster bridge" and stuff and the Starter Pup on the hill east of Vanished.
But its more or less worthless because you need the tickets from daily to take part at the monthly race. On mah Server there is no daily so the monthly is useless :D: Maybe i sell those tickets @ a NPC when im done translating which is the most important thing atm.
And there is mah problem :D: Which NPC ? And please dont tell me its the wolf thingy because every single thing i select there gives me an errormessage "Quest cant be started".
Oh btw, i get the same message for the supply stash mission and of course i dont get any supply box. I looked for that quest in tasks.data but i guess its in elements somewhere. Any idea whats the box original name that i can find it in elements somewhere ? I think i want that box :D:
Next thing is the box from that messenger NPCs ( on mah Server they are now called Nachrichtenengel instead of N/A&$§&$§ :D: ) which are there when you activate event 13 ? The quest is very funny filled with "bah"s :D: but also this quest gives me the errormessage. Hard to find all that stuff.
