Firstly, is that custom gear?. ie did you modify the stats on the equipment?
Next look at them closely, they will all have a physical resistance as a bonus stat.
What is actually happening is the gear is taking away physical resistance to counter the physical resistance of the bonus stat. Lets say the gear has 200 phys resist. Then you add 300 phys resist as a bonus stat. Since the gear originally only had 200 phys resist the default resist will change to -100 to counter the extra 300 you tried to add. I have no idea why this is. I just noticed it when I was making my own hexdata for my gear.
I can't confirm this as it was a while ago that I did this but I also believe that the phys resist that is taken off is added to magic resistance instead. You can test this effect with the physical resistance warsoul belt.

To fix and return the gear to its default phys resist you will have to remove the bonus phys resist stat from the gear.
If you really want the bonus physical resist then you may be able to do this by adjusting the values of the gear in the elements to counter this effect. I can't comfirm this though as I haven't tried.
