so my server is now completely working, im now working on npcgen.data and getting npc's imported, i remember that their was a command that allowed me to view my exact position, but i can not recall what it was called therefor idk what to search for in the forms, i know the gm menu is ctrl + g their was something else i could open and put a command in to view it, also how do i set up access to it, i remember editing the target but i dont know what it was anymore sorry i am posting a question abt something already posted about, i just dont know what to search

It was the debug console (ctrl+j or shift+ ` ) .
In there you have to write "d_showpos" , without the "s .

at sNPCedit u can try " get coordinates [ 1.3.6 / 1.4.4 / 1.4.5 ] " ... goto ur position to make npc > click on ur self and go to sNPCedit an click: get coordinates "

Start sNPCedit as administrator and chose 1.3.6 then get coordonates.

thanks that was exactly what i was looking for, now i do have a question, the dragon orb pack , blacksmith, tailor, craftsman, apo training 1 boxs give me the error unable to use when i remember i used them b4, i did pull my gshop file over and element where it use to work.

You mean the items that fill your crafts ? Like from 0/10 to 10/10 and so on? These don't work in 1.3.6 ,from what I know. You gotta work a little to get them to be functional lol. Like the tasks.data
You need them in the elements.data too, so they launch the certain quest. :)

They work fine on my server never had problems with them or with dragon orb packs , you can always create new quests and add items to boxes

ok ill mess around with that, i do have another question, i have iweb, i open it and it ask for a password and username, so i tried root hrace009, no good, tried my username and password for one of my accounts on the server, did not work ither, i have never used iweb but i would like to, i just cant get into it to check it out, where can i find the username and password?

did some more digging and found it thank you google, it happened to find a post on ragezone that in the comments had the file location

I DONT GET IT, how can you read all of my post, even the part that says I GOT IT TY GOOGLE, and yet still post answers the user was hrace009 password hrace009, hints it's hrace's release the file that contains ur username and password is \root\apache-tomcat-5.5.28\webapps\iweb\loginlist.txt open that file with the command nano, or if you dont like linux just open the file threw any ftp program and you will see it. im not mad that you posted, i mean you did try to help, but please dolkeboy read the hole post and not just part of it, i think that would stop alot of the fighting, even in other post, hint the post "Pw Website" just saying, that fight has gone on long enough

so i have a new question Eistiger had said to me on one post a while back
"level 150 because gs.elf limit it. To raize it like to 200 edit the gs.elf."
now i also read it was hard to do in other post where everyone got mad abt it being asked over and over, i just want to know if this is true, and if so what file is gs.elf, i see one called gs but none with the file extension elf, and if it is called just gs then what program do i use to edit it with?

lol i have read your rant, i know all about it, this was something he posted to me a long time and i was wanting to see what was inside the gs file, i agree raising the lvl past 150 is pointless, im just courous, the server i run only 3 ppl play on currently, its just kinda a learning thing for me right now since my main goal is 1.4.4 server

Well if you're merely seeking 'knowledge' I can support that (I always crave knowledge myself, as you probably know if you've read a lot of my posts). However, Sorry I cannot help because this is the one area I have not explored into (and most likely never will either).

I must also add, despite being a really 'sharing' person, (even if you DID figure out how to do this) I think it would be best to keep it to yourself. Otherwise private PW servers will become plagued with a bunch of morons changing their caps to some stupid ridiculous level

i agree on the keeping that to myself, heck some servers have 700 as a max, really 700 wtf is the point in being lvl 700?

yeah like i said this server is hrace009's original server, and despite it being the oldest server (or at least one of them) i like how its set up, with linux being new to me, the less linux i need to use the better for now, it gives me a chance to explore, i myself am a trial and error guy, if things dont work i ask questions on here bc i really dont have to much of an idea in this field, im more of a computer repair man, who had touched bases in alot of places.this pw server is only the starting point, i would like to make one with all classes, for the pourpose of trial tw's, for our faction, as is our faction needs more practice in the tw field, and this would be a great way to learn, as i can change the time of the server while in game and do what tw whenever. once i can find a "good" instance of 1.4.4 i think i may get it and mess with it, but so far to much linux is involved for me, to just take off with it, i pull files out with winscp/filezilla and edit them, no need to use nano but one time to edit the /root/network/interfaces and i can then connect and change anything needed, seeing as how u are a fellow knowledge seeker, have any sujestions, besides learn how to spell lmfao
