can someone teach me how to import forsaken world equipments to perfect world?
Open the models with sPCK, find the item you want to add, use Actfix to fix the files and then add it to your own models, add the items in elements.data and voila!
The only thing I have tried is mounts and monsters, don't know if fashion or armor will transfer. As far as mounts/monsters Eisteger has some in the Releases section. Mounts will need to be bon fixed as well as actfix/modfixed.
I believe it is rather difficult to add FW equipment other than mounts or fashion.
I would make sure you know how everything works before you try this.
Does anyone have a sELedit config for Forsaken World elements.data? The ones on svn do not work for me, and before I dive into the file structure on my own, would be cool if someone had it laying around.

You have to unpack the .PCK files and go thru the models to find what you want
how about from other pw server? is it same process when getting items from pwi?
Yes, there is actually a tut pertaining to importing mounts and such from pwi.

Well then yes it would be the same methods. PWI would be more updated than the others though, only w2i would be more updated.
A lot of people just download the manual patches and extract the data from the *.cup files
