Some of the best developers iv seen are 15 or 16.
You might find the fastest learners are the youngest ones.

My advice to you is to do some little development yourself and appeal for people to help you finish it or make more. Theres many servers just asking for free developers but less where they want to work with you instead.

Totally agree with rbb, many devs are youngish and still very very good, they also are accustomed to what the majority of the playerbase is looking for as much of the private server population is young

Dont get me wrong 343, I really do not like all the high rates, what I prefer is low rates but a fun quest line and instances which I am building myself at the moment. My level cap is low and I am developing an expansion with a lot of new content to raise the cap to 120, imo there is no point having a high level cap and rates if there is no content apart from pkpkpkpk

im going to be his dev, we will see how far it gets, so far im going to steal 343's client and modify it since it really is the perfectly made client, and im hoping to find the original "patcher.exe, Launcher.exe" so i can use the CPW, spatcher is nice but too many anti virus's delete the exe every time and people massively rage about not knowing how to fix their anti virus to prevent it from happening.

so far his server is up, but im still working on then client.

I noticed there is only 8GB of ram available, hopefully that can be doubled to at LEAST 16GB... Aside that, all looks good. I stuck a thread with a whole bunch of links for getting CPW going in the tutorials section ;)
