Genesis Interface Question

I have a question

Is genesis interface server sided or i can install it by client side ?

And if its possible to do it only by client side then how to exactly install it?

I downloaded genesis interface from PW package and it contains 2 files:

interfaces.pck.genesis

and

surfaces.pck.genesis

What to do with them to add teh genesis interface to the game? Q.Q
