probably need file 1.4.1 real file server to work with genie..Geni was in element.data list 117-119 for version PWI, and for server versions 1.3.6 to list only 116 (dye)

I think 1.3.9 / 1.4.0 for genies...
1.4.1 was a pre-patch for Tideborn on PWI i thought but i'm not sure...

possible until now no one has a real server in the version 1.3.9 to 1.4.1 ... if it exists, will probably not post on here. only to personal
no one private server have a Geeny, because most PS right now using 1.3.XXXXX not 1.4.XXXXX
if you see other PS have a geeny, then i think he buy it from Perfect World Entertainment lol
