GFX squares

    GFX squares

    Hi everyone,

    I am getting big squares in place of the gfx on a mount.

    Heres a screen shot so you can see for your selves



    Does anyone know what this is or how to solve it?

    Square = missing gfx .... If it's a custom mount you must find all gfx related to the mount from the game where you copied it.

    Squares in my experience are the dds files referenced inside of the gfx file missing, not the actual gfx.

    Yeah, I am sure I have added all the gfx, It probably is the dds, I might add the whole jade dynasty gfx\textures to my gfx.pck and see if that makes a difference

    Ok its working now I added the whole textures folder from JD,

    you can also cause this kind of view on purpose.. just set a very low or high mipmap bias with the dev console and watch all textures from gfx beeing compressed to colored dancing squares :D

    Squares show because the texture files for that gfx are missing.

    I had this problem and the files are not correct or textures are missing. Sucks cause it takes a while to redo but keep trying you will get it!
