What's a good program to use to open .GFX files? I haven't gotten any good results searching on my own off of ragezone so does anyone have a good program in mind to open those?

Most files open with notepad. This includes .bon, .ecm, .gfx, .cfg, .ini, .sw, .smd, .att, .sgc, .fy and many others who do not remember now.
