Here is a version with CUP decompress. I dont want to integrate the compress part of that because i think 99% of the people dont create CUP patches :D:

If some one wants to do this, grab the source and do it. Its not that hard. All you need to do is call the StartConsolenAnwendung sub with the commandline as parameter like this:

If that someone happened to me and I wanted to do it, I'd use Java because Visual Basic is laughable :glare:

Either way I'll probably redo it all in Java just so it looks cleaner, it bugs me how unclean it is to me

Its like PW. I do something and when i decide to do it another way i just set the old way dead and leave it there :P:

Java may be better true. But with VB its done in seconds :): Also everyone can handle the source, i could not do this in java :):

( i better not comment the laughable part :P: )

Well... QuickBASIC was really the first programming language I ever got into, so I do have to give it credit for really kind of pushing me into it (I had a really odd fascination that I could make the pc speaker beep and do other noises)

Honestly though, I don't really like Java that much, I only ever learned it (sort of, not that great at it) because of its ability to only have to 'compile' it once (which doesn't even really count because of how insanely easy it is to decompile)

In the end though I'm still more of a web developer and I love PHP with a passion, desktop apps I almost always do in C/Java though as well... doing them in PHP would be silly

I wrote mah first programs on a Commodore C16 in Basic and later on the C64 and C128 but i cant compare that to today :D:
I mostly use VB.NET because its just simple and fast programming. Also i got this for free. I never touched Java itself, just learned LSL a while ago which is similar to javascript, just for Second Life ingame programming. Maybe i try to learn Java sometime but who will know. First i want to learn actionscript for doing flash stuff and i started learning chinese some days ago.

Not a problem for me. I'm using pwpack2008 to compress it.

rbb138, bash and few other developpers use the CUP Patch way...

So it's around 80% for me :mellow:

No need for German at this. I just used german variables and this functionname. ( translation whould be "start console program" which is easy to translate i guess :D: )
All other stuff are basic commands which are english :):

But on the other side its always good to know other languages as well. I started learning Chinese ( Mandarin ) some days ago because i think it could help :D: But still i cant read the symbols :D:
