Do you mean people kill their alts many times to get more pvp kills?
If this is what you mean, I don't see any logical way of preventing it unless you want to make a script that checks if the person someone one kills comes from the same IP address and if it does, it doesn't count it.
Even then I doubt it would work that well and you would run into other issues
Just make a ban policy and if a GM catches a person doing so they can ban them

You can limit number of deaths for the same character, and also, if you have an easy-to-play server, try to limit the pvp kills into characters with cultivation.
And you can manually ban people from the rank creating an new table or an ID array. Don't know what I mean? Go learn programming before trying to do something.

just block out kills where the user gets red name hours, thats the best thing you can do.
