[Help] Cannot access registration page

I set up a server on colinux using the image posted here: http://forum.ragezone.com/f452/pwser...-3-6-a-511602/ but when i start the server i cannot access the registration page, i have tried http://localhost/register, http://127.0.0.1/register and http://<my ip>/register, and nothing loaded, is there anything i can do to fix this, or how would i make accounts manually?
