[help] cant find GameDB

my server has the folloing error

cant find GameDB?

what can i do ?

Make sure you've edited the IPs in the configs, including /home/glinkd/gamesys.conf.

sry i cant find the file that i muss edit (including /home/glinkd/gamesys.conf.)

i was with that error u just need to is
1. /etc/hosts (don't change the ip addresses that start with 10.0.2.15, only change ip for dbserver and database)
2. /etc/table.xml (change the database name to "dbo" and the password to yours in the MSSQL section, also erase the password in mysql so it says password="")
3. /opt/lampp/htdocs/register/core.php (all you will change here is the password of your database, leave the rest alone)
4. /home/glinkd/gamesys.conf (open this file in nano and look through the file carefully and change all the IP's that are not 10.0.2.15 to your IP, there are a couple of changes here)


After you change all of this you should be able to connect to your server. But...make sure your router (if you have one) forwards all of the ports to your computer. (PORTS to open/forward: 8080, 433, 29000, and 80). Try all of this and see if it helps any, there is going to be one more error with the java that I will help you after you get through this step.

i have testet all,.

my system is a win 2k3 server (32bit) service pack 2 and mssql 200 with service pack 4
on my win xp pc it runs without problems

or ins win 2003 the problem?
