Have been trying to edit interfaces files and can't figure out how to open .dtf files. Googling it yeilds that it is an ACDSee extension, but not what ACDSee program it is exactly. If anyone could suggest a program to do this I would be grateful.

any program like notepad++, notepad, 010 editor; pick your flavor ;)
