Help For Creation PW Server!

Good afternoon,
Please i ask for that somebody helps me with a tutorial
one that he is complete and with all the necessary
archives for the creation of a server 1.3.9
I am having problems to create alone therefore I ask for the
aid of all vocês already I am with one schemes new to use
of server, now alone it lacks to me to obtain to mount and
to place in air.

i wanna know what a f**k is many 1.4.x servers and 1.3.9 servers online in internet :P
i don't found any tutorial/server files...
