[Help] Instances/Dungeons not enterable

OK this may seem like a noob question, but if on a test server everything is open and enterable, as far as fbs, cube heaven/hell, why when all files are copied and transferred to actual server do instances not work? I'm sure this is something simple and I'm missing the forest for the trees kind of thing, but any clues would be greatly appreciated.

yes everything is started and online.
