[Help] Interfaces Text Translation

I have been looking for a bit now and can't seem to find where the text for all the buttons is found, such as when you are creating a character and trying to modify. All buttons are in chinese, no big deal as you can just click it to see what it is, or just have it memorized as most here I'm sure do. Guidance would be much appreciated, Thanks

Interfaces.pck... Look for every *.stf files. You should find those for the character creation screen.

OK that solved that issue, thank you. Another issue however, are .dtf files the images for interfaces, if so how do I open them? I know it does pull from surfaces, but I can't find the things for guild, system settings, and chat rooms.
