i downloaded everything from there but i dont get it how to instal it to a virtual machine etc...i told you im completely noob.

There is a step by step guide plus video on how to do it. That is the most basic straight forward complete guide/server/client package there is. As far is virtual machines and such there are tuts in the tuts section.
