[help] Port Forwarding for WAN using Beastie's 136 VMWare

    Hello everyone,

I've just set up Beastie's Version 136 VMWare server.
It works really well locally, but I can't seem to get friends outside of my local area network to connect.

    I'm currently forwarding port 29000 to 192.168.0.51.
But it doesn't seem to find it when I put my WAN IP in the server list.

    It simply won't connect.
    Only the local one works.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks,
    Squally425

Within VMWare, ipconfig -a returns this:

    192.168.0.51.
My router's ip address is 192.168.0.1
And the computer running VMWare is 192.168.0.101

    I'm currently forwarding 29000 to 192.168.0.51.
    Still experiencing problems though.

    Its Bridged at the moment.
    Should I be using NAT?

Hmm, I can't get NAT to work either.
With Bridged, it simply won't forward to 192.168.0.51 (IP of server).
With NAT, I configured router to forward 29000 to my host IP (this computer), and in VMWare Workstation I configured port forwarding of 29000 to 192.168.0.51's 29000.

No can do either. I'm out of ideas.
