Help upgrade to pwAdmin v1.8

sry i tried not to post here , try to find my own (google)

but :(((

reading all these guides i setup on my VB , started, was able to
access server from WinSCP , access pwadmin site and start server etc, also can cr8 and play game with game client

thanks to all guides

but now i want to test

pwadminv1.8 (latest)

i downloaded php5-cli_5.3.3-4_i386.deb from net and transfered to server via winSCP , when tried install i get tons of dependency problems

can any1 tell me how to fix these ? i guessing install all those o.o is there any way to download .dep package from my host XP machine which cointain ALL those dependencies? so no need to install all those 1 by 1 ?


note : i am trying my best to learn linux , in the begining i am a nob at linux and lated linux , now after trying to install server i learned many things about linux config and commands
Dont ask me why u nd to install latest spwadmin :( on a Lan server

i have dynamic IP, connecting Broadband net via WA1003A router -wired2 telephone(512KBps spd)(((but its no problem since i playing on VB-Host only network

ty , i dont want to mess up the PW vb server , so for test purpose i installed Ubunt 9.10 server edition on VB in bridge MOde . when pinging Google and yahoo.com i am getting responce (0% packet loss)
BUt


when i

sudo apt-get update

i am getting

0% [connecting to us.archive.ubuntu.com(1.0.0.0)] [connecting to security.ubunt ............]

then later W: Failed to fetch us.archive.ubuntu.com/....[/code]

any1 have any idea what is wrong with update servers? since ping to google and yahoo was sucess in cmd mode

yes i know this Q is not related with ragezone directly

u VBOX no have internet conection,, cek in u resolv.conf change nameserver 192.168.x.x << (U Modem ip or U DNS) or u apt package no have .. find it in ubuntu

so i change ip in resolv.conf to host ip 192.168.0.1 ?


edit 1 : my modem ip is 192.168.1.1 , so i guess no nd to change ip , still no update access :(
