How to active Valentine's day event

I see this quest: Perfect World Quests Database - Quest: Valentine's Day

Any one know how to active this quest for next Valentine's day

I try to use GM console by command Create Monster but I don't know Valentine's day Event ID.

Use sTASKedit to open your tasks.data on client side. Change the date of the year by 2011 then export the file. Export it to server side also.

Btw, the default date is set to 2006 and the needed lvl is set to 150. Change the lvl if your players aren't 150

Or remove only year in this quest.
