Look at the other emotion_#.dds/txt... its not that hard to understand...
And same for the elements part...
It hard to insert new image icon or emotion into these .dds. I use PTS, copy and pass new icon into .dds, but the server dont understand ><.

It doesn't know what 'emotes' are actually there, all it does is a basic check for 1, is the emotion being used actually equipped by the player (or default ones if not) and 2, is the id of the emote lower then the max (which is 40 something)
If you look in that chat logs you'll see what the server actually gets (and its done in the same way you can use cyan or green text in any chat)
