How to change rates from 0?

you dont have to know linux to do everything, i should know i barly know linux and have a running server, download winscp. connect into it with your local machines ip, so if your server is running like mine 192.168.1.10 then type your username and password, the same info you start the server with and port 22, connect into the server and you can go threw the files, then just find /PWServer/gamed/ptemplate.conf and edit it in notepad, also ill just let you know the code in linux is nano /PWServer/gamed/ptemplate.conf just saying, but if you want to avoide as much linux as possible try a ftp program instead

Btw Guys next to the rates, wanted to ask about the perfect drop rate,
what i mean is (example) Perfect World Monster Database - Headless Knight
I have to edit every mob in elements.data for the drop rate to actually drop all the stuff shown in the mobs drop list?
or is there a simpler way to do that? just wondering...
