How to Edit the Effect of Weapons / Boss / Mounts

Hi, sorry my english, I'm Brazilian and speaks a little english XD
I wanted know, how to edit the effects of Weapons, bosses, mounts and others.
Has one editor wich open and edit files .gfx?
I know wich has an Plugin of the Photoshop wich open and edit files .dds, but I don't found a plugin to open .gfx '-'
I would Like edit files .gfx for desbug an weapons in my server, because the weapon with effect give "report bug", and add effects for bosses and mounts.
Other doubt,
I saw a news that arrived an new sets and weapons at pwi
I would like put this in my server, I extract the models.pck and gfx.pck from pwi and add in my models and gfx, but, didn't work :(
The Set is invisible, I don't understand why this o.o'
How I do for add this set and weapons in my server with yours effects?
I tried every way, but, the set is invisible and weapon without effects :/

open with notepad,

no you cant use gfx files from the offical client,you need to edit them.

GFX Editing is very easy once u get the hand of it, I trial and error alot and have created quite a few cool looking things. As far as just fixing the basic ones it depends on the version of the file your editing and the client version that your running. But all GFX/ECM files can be edited using notepad.

we should really get modelviewer working for PW.
kuqoi cracked it for JD...

would be so much easier then becuase you could just have the gfx linked to in 1 .ecm that u view in the model viewer.

i think the cracked version is ******* packed with the paths.data for JD.
(this file contains all the links to files inside models.pck/surfaces.pck)

Well, since I can't get the files PWI, somewhere i can get? The Nirvana sets and Weapons i took from hrace, have someone release for Rank IX Sets and Weapons?

You seem leechy, try doing it yourself with the many tools and guides available then you release it.

Use latest PWI client + Ronny Downgrade Patch and here you go ;)

You have all fashions, Rank IX, etc...

Sure youll have them but you won't have an elements.data to support, they changed its encoding yet again

All the effects worked in version 1.3.1 or 1.3.6 only in +?

1.3.1 is too old and doesn't support most of new GFX.

1.3.6 can support most of new GFX but not all, but it's better than 1.3.1.

The 1.3.6 elementclient.exe can be found in the ronny downgrade patch.

I have a question,
In .gfx file, in the beginning, there is a line like this:
"MOXTVersion: 79"
This influences in works or no in version 1.3.1?
And if Influences, what's the maximum version to work in 1.3.1?
