Well i don't recall that you can change your IP through Xen, but the command looks like this :

Example

ifconfig eth0 192.168.0.20 255.255.255.0

ifconfig interface IP mask

Xen is known to be pre-configured IP from your ISP Provider/Hosting provider . So to say they already set that IP for you and it's kinda tricky to change the IP that they have configured for you. But you can try those commands but it will pose risk like unable to connect back to your Xen terminal (if you connect remotely) since the IP has been changed to something else. Be warned about that ok. Do so at your own risk. ;)
