How to Make a private server with english language

Hello, I would like to ask about how to make a perfect world private server with english language. I tried using the search option but it looks like the search function is not working.

I also looked at Totoman's tutorial but his tutorial is not available somehow.

Well of course, I did search through RageZone. But it appears like they are not in english (from what interpreted from most besides Totoman127's) if you do have a tutorial please post your link here. Thank you for your response

All private server files for this game are pretty bad. I can't really recommend you to any of them cause I dislike all of them to be honest. Tutorials are kind of non-existent for if you're doing this with no knowledge of what you're doing which is really fantastic. I recommend doing a different game unless you're heavily persistent, don't search, flip through the pages and find what you're looking for.

Server files from beastie are prolly better in this forum... and a PW server is very easy to do... Just use your brain and ask to pro's if you stuck with something!
