How to make server public? I am using hrace009 release and can't get my friends to connect to it.

ok, to your question.
The most simple way is the use of no-ip.

Local Area Connection/General/Properties/Advanced and check first box from Internet Connection Sharing.hrace009 posted this and it worked for me/
