If so, then sadly, it doesn't work on our current version of PW, unless u have 1.4.4 lol

there is no option.
I wonder if that server 1.3.6 @ 1.4.2 has some way to adapt to have this option.
as items 1.4.2. adapted

It uses a special Deliveryd request that the 1.2.6 server doesn't no anything about. you can circumvent that problem with a very big crafting list that sets every item to max sockets.. but that will take ages... I guess when you are done the emu is ready and all work is wasted :D

If you really want players to be able to add sockets to their equip and you are good with web programming you could make a script that goes into their char xml and edits the equip code to add more sockets
