How to translate the client?

Hi, the client I'm using right now(still not working corectly)
isn't english.
Now, I wanted to translate it or mabe exchange some files so I have english language.
Were are the files for the ingame words?
Not that stuff of configs.pck

1) aipolicy editor... i not have
2) element editor... use maximian el editor... his editor can translate :)

i have a AIpolicy parser template, thats enough to edit it.

its a pretty useless file, just take one out of the clientside pwi client and use that for serverside.

the problem is - i need this to translate to german :) idk other file thats contain this lang :(
