How to update server for new map new item ner version

I want update my server to a newer version in order to see the new item.
Please guide me and where I can find the newe server file?

you dont need to update your server to view new items you simply create and link within the pck files with your elements, only thing complicated is a tasks editor, tasks is the hardest but most of this is just quests etc anyways so content such as armours, weapons, mounts, accessories etc can be created by you if you put your mind to it.
