The sTASKedit you download with the svn downloader is outdated so here is the new one.

I downloaded the latest source code and compiled.

BE WARNED
It is not 100% working, it does not read some fields and others can be read but not written too.

Yes I tested and my server still running after editing the tasks.data but it can't clone or add new quests at the moment... I didn't try deleting quests either.

Is it possible to edit cultivation with this? My friend told me to edit the cultivation so that his character does not have to do all of the quests to get the cultivation for his demon or sage thing.(i dont play this game so idk what its called)

Yes you can, theres a lot of stuff that is in the tasks. You can make a max level, rep, culti box that you can just right click and boom done lol.

This task editor does not seem to be able to create a culti 'boom' box however
