little issue launching pw

ok along time ago i attempted to make a server i was sucessfull it showed up on my launcher everything only problem i had back then that prevented me from launching my server was the iweb registration things ,but now when i try to launch my perfect world on patch 13 it keeps asking for a patch

no matter what i try it wont stop asking for it i even try opening through the elementclient.exe it takes me to the launcher and asks for a patch.
i used
cd element
start ElementClient.exe game:cpw
and all it does is open the launcher for a patch any tips guys, i wanna open the game without the annoying patch crap.

go to,

C:/Program Files/Perfect World/element

or your PW folder...

Then edit the file patcher.ini and change the line,

Updated=0

by,

Updated=1

Save it and it's done!
