editing the max level is like driving a stake through the heart of your class balance.
You will have to edit all the quests of the game. Because, the max level for any quest is 150.
And i guess that have 5.000 quests in the game? xD
Or you can make automatic nirvana cultivation for your server, and only change the necessary missions (Holy Hall, Evil/God cultivation, reputation, etc...)

even 150 is not very balanced.
thats why they set the limit in pw2 to 105, but us private servers changed it.
anything above 150 is silly and will only mean you have 2 choices, full attack or full defense, any balance between them will not have enough defense to not be 1 hit instantly. and for the full attack people it will simply be a case of who hits first. thats what happens the further you go into higher levels, it screws everything up.
I agree, more than 150 is an absurd. level 3000 is only for Game Masters o.O
