Go to that world and logout your character, then, open the character's XML...

Hold CTRL and press F, and search for "worldtag"... and there is the ID...

If you're talking about GS, it's is21 and is22.

But otherwise, if you wanna know the worldtag of any map. Go inside the choosen map and logout your char then check your XML of your char to see what worldtag where he is.
