    Moves database

    I want database moves out ubuntu, to install on winxp feasible.
    if possible then please help me

    I'm not familiar with ubuntu and very inconvenient when I want to do something
    I want to install winxp and apache_tomcat out and restore mysql database, I have to edit the connection of how unbuntu
    please please help me

    They're either wanting to run the server in Windows XP, or run the MySQL database in Windows XP.

    ya I want only run the MySQL database in Windows XP

    for the sake of less cpu stress, you may want to use mssql on winxp.. there are some tutorials and/or Q/A about this somewhere here

    Wha...? MySQL takes like 2 minutes to download and install and its ready to go... (even while using next to no CPU)

    MSSQL takes forever to install and get running and then ends up being slower to do anything...

    I need to use mysql in xampp on my winxp is not in VMware
