Mqsl database failure

Currently switched to pwAdmin final release,but i keep getting this error:

Make sure you have entered the correct information in your .pwadminconf.jsp and make sure you have deleted the contents of your .../apache-tomcat-X.X.XX/work/ folder

/root/apache-tomcat-5.5.28/work/Catalina/localhost/pwAdmin
and all contents in the work folder to be deleted?

There is no connection to ur character database, try to reboot server, or double check ur IP configs.
(or map of Main World is down)

Its still the same thing! i rebooted the world map ,also can log in the character,but seems some problem with the role script.Requesting someone to upload the working role script pls.

1. Delete the /root/apache-tomcat-5.5.28/work/Catalina/localhost/pwAdmin/

2. Delete the /root/apache-tomcat-5.5.28/webapps/pwAdmin/

3. Download from sPWadmin

4. Unzip the pwAdmin folder and upload it in /root/apache-tomcat-5.5.28/webapps/

5. Set chmod 777 on all folder.

6. Set chmod 755 on .pwadminconf.jsp

7. Set chmod 644 on .pwconf.conf

8. Set all IP in the .pwconf.conf to 127.0.0.1

9. And i think it's all ^^

10. Edit the .pwadminconf.jsp for the MySQL connection to the dbo (database)

Maybe something wrong with your Character Template (game database)...

Dear Romulan or anyone who is willing to help me out on this one,
I had given up on pwadmin ver.1.0, as u could see i had constant error with the character data loading.But as i had to try the xml page for adding skills i am giving one more shot at it(Mind u the old version worked well for me)
Posted below are my current .pwadminconf.jsp,.pwconf.conf & role.jsp,because reading the above posts i guess the error i am getting is because of these.Btw am using hrace009's version
I have already deleted the contents of the Work folder and old pwAdmin before uploading this version.
