Real Answer: Look at the GFX files for the weapon you wish to change. Trial and error will tell you how to produce different effects. As a test, try taking some effects from one weapon and add them to another and see what happens.

i dont understand how to use

1. Download sPCK and place it in your element folder
2. Open a command prompt
3. Navigate to your element directory using the cd command (eg. cd C:\Perfect World Entertainment\Perfect World International\element)
4a. To unpack, the command is -x (eg. to unpack gfx.pck, the command is: sPCK.exe -x gfx.pck)
4b. To add any new files into the existing .pck file, the command is -a
4c. To compress and overwrite the existing .pck file, the command is -c

i have input the command, when im press Enter sPCK is exit

You're not opening sPCK.exe properly. Open a command prompt, not sPCK.exe. Press start, then type in "cmd" and then press "Enter". Then follow my instructions.
