How can we change the image of the cat to open a shop for new models of pwi?
I asked that question also. No answer till now. You could try to find the texture of it in models.pck ( i tried and failed so i never found the model itself )

as it is static the blender scripts should work for that. I'll try a simple for Sale Sign
As I proceed to change the ecm, I try to replace the paths, exchanging internal content but without success.
what u can do is edit the exe too. The skin path is stored in the exe like for classes :)
Where you got that ecm from ? I just have ski smd and bon in that folder
