NPC Custom Graphics

Guys is there a way to change an NPC's graphics like a banker's gfx to a blacksmith and so but it shouldnt change the npc functions
I did search for "npc gfx" and also "npc graphics " but couldnt find anything . Just in case it was posted in any other title please a little direction will help

elements.data > NPC's List > NPC > line 5. Change the .ecm path there.

The GFX must be changed inside the .ecm file in models.pck.
