Its possible, you will need cheat engine, C++ experience, and direct-x knowledge

of course i dont know how to do it but in theory
you would use cheat engine to get the offsets for target hp, mp or what ever.
and use the direct x sdk to program your own special menu into the client with C++, that will show any time you click on a player, and have that special menu only pop up when a target is selected, so it will be as if someone replaced the target hp menu.

im basing this off memory from another game "silkroad" from pushedx

Yepp. Just write a tool that does what softsoldier said (hook d3d at start, to prepare displaying HP) and write it to OEP. Then have your tool jump to pw Entry point when its done loading.

Well you could do this... It's not entirely impossible reading the monsters table from elements.data and then overlaying the HP in the right position based on the percentage the server sends (wont be 100% accurate but it will be damn close)

well thats what cheat engine's for, finding the offsets, they are pretty accurate, i used cheat engine to see other people's hp/mp
and if say you look at the elements.data for a monsters hp, and use cheat engine type that hp in for a value. and see it, and it will show how accurate it is. and as i said its alot easier said then done.
i also tested, and did it with phy defence, all magical defence, x/y, phy/mag attack. no luck on crit but id only imagine it cant be too hard to find.

    Re: NPC/Mobs HP

    Its Base + 20h + xxx

    base is base address
20h is pointer to character struct
xxx is the offset (first in chain when you search with CE / olly)

Yes, ntKid did exactly this in revo.... Hooking of d3d and displaying ingame menu for his bot.
