    Tool: sNPCedit

Or the NPCedit English 1.4 ... (you can found it somewhere on the forum).

I think there is a 2.0 version of the tool also.

Just a short question between. How to convert the positions ? I tried with the d_goto converter but it gives me positions that are somewhere else. ALso z is missing there.
    How can i find out that x y z stuff ?

    You mean this?

I didn't use coords like most 3d coords do, I just used X, Y like most flat grids use because d_goto doesn't support altitude...

like for example, d_goto 0, 0 is 400, 550 in game, which is shown in my converter if you type in 0, 0

If it really makes you feel better... here is one that says Z instead of Y

But that still dont help me with the coord from npcgen, i tried to convert X 1333.358 Y 219.611 Z 971.929
and i find just water there Also npcgen spawns the forges in ADC on coords when i convert them they are somewhere near Tears of Heaven.

    ---edit:---

nevermind. Found it with your Z converter
But there is one thing i dont understand. For npcgen i need all 3 coords. How can i get all 3 instead of just 2 ?

d_showpos in game, I made that converter for being able to quickly get to any rough area, and was also before I figured out the ctrl+click map to teleport

And both converters are the same... all I did on the other one was change the label...

Altitude is a bit simpler calculation though, just ingame shown height * 10 if you ever need to change your characters altitude in pwAdmin or something

Nope... in every 3D modeler I've used

X is horizontal, Y is up and down (so from facing it from the front it does look like a flat 2D grid) and Z is perpendicular to X and also horizontal

hmm. Maybe its an options thing. In mah 3ds Max z is height. And ( ok this might be a worse compare ) in Secondlife i was building things also with z as height
But i have seen i can change the axxis in 3ds Max to whatever i want

Now i only need to get rid of the marriage bug. Mah Players are divorced when i restart the server

I figured out what causes that...

After you get married, you have to manually dismiss the squad, and both characters log out (just to the char selection screen is fine) and then log back in, and then it sticks, if they logout while still in squad and the squad gets dismissed that way, then it doesn't properly save the marriage and it goes poof

I've done quite a bit of testing using that method and haven't gotten it to fail yet
