Guys who are not hard, anyone can give npsgen.data with filled locations Genesis...
LeecherOnly one post...
Very funny ... I only asked for the aid of, and you start to laugh
Lol I believe Ronny will be releasing it for free once he is done playing genesis. in the mean time either wait or spend afew hours modifying your own. :)
Here you go Genesis area with 460 mobs 132 npcs 197 mines, no more than a fast generated which needs some adjustments by hand but even better than be scammed...
Some sidenotes (was late as i posted last)
This npcgen contains ONLY Genesis area - why? Coz i won't merge it with my live npcgen which have to many customisation to fit other servers.
The npcgen is just an ALPHA which means all NPC, MOBS and MINES that have to be ALWAYS on the map are in place.
- NPCs aren't adjusted in directions they are all spawned facing 0 0
- NPCs may be stucked in buildings or other textures because they aren't spawned as free3d and need to get the correct adjusted Y value to not fly in the air
- MOBs that are spawned by AiPolicy aren't included
Guess that's all to say if anyone is willed to fix it an reupload it i'm willed to merge it with any npcgen.data relased on ragezone you wish
It would be good...
Upload both .data and send me link
ok i see

The intend of generating this npcgen was that the community fixxes it and gives a fully fixxed version back to the community...
If my intend would have been to merge my unfixxed npcgen with any other i would ve done so...
What I want to know is where you got the actual NPCs and monsters for the Genesis area. Also asking if guys aren't hard is probably not the best way to start a sentence Duke :)
You could just try opening the two files, your npcgen and the new genesis npcgen, and merge them yourselves. Just a thought. Regardless the npcgen is useless if you don't have the data from the new genesis files. That's what I was getting at earlier. You may know where to put everything but how did you get the genesis models, elements info, etc?
As i already said:
I will only merge a fixed genesis npcgen to any desired base npcgen.
Dunno where your problem is to do smth for the comm. just fix it and reupload it and everything is fine. Ah btw yeah lol i forgot fixxing a merged npcgen with 10k objects is much easier than fixing one with 1k objects -.-
hopefully I will fix it this weekend
OK so i fixed it... All NPCs are in right places, right directions and heights.
About mobs.. there isn't much to fix as they move anyway. If i added spread to them they would spawn in textures (stones, tress etc.). And adding such huge movemap would suck.
But the most important thing is that 90% of new mobs don't attack at all. I suppose it is CombineActName and BaseActName issue.. I will try to fix it.
so merge it now pls

[D@nte] can you maybe make one of these base npcgen's for the tideborn area aswell?
LOL I'm aware of that but the one released already is total crap it only has about 60% of tideborn area filled with mobs/npc's ... oh and also it hasn't got any resources. So that's why I asked or Dante could make a base npcgen for the tideborn area cause I was thinking about trying to make a 99% perfect npcgen =p
I can do so if you wish, but I'll need a 'clean' base npcgen for it (giev link) - I don't like to choose one by my own coz it would by my fault if it isn't a clean one (like the one avalanche3 posted)
Even if I wouldn't call my npcgens perfect (spawntimes aren't adjusted (bosses), ressource aren't organized in groups, ai spawned objects are missing) they are as off-like (PWI) as possible imo, not like the TB npcgen i found here a while ago where every mob had a respawn of 1s and the mobs have spawned totally randomly...
@avalanche3
I'll finish your data when i'm back home, I would ve done yday eve already but as you can see on my answer in Bash's thread i had heavy problems with ragezone throwing 500's all the time...
