NPC's Editing

hi again guys ^^
can anyone tell me how to Edit (add/remove quests, make a new npc, rename it etc...)?
i have snpcedit and npcgen, i can work with npcgen but that just copy the npc i choose and put it where i want, what i want to do is make my own npc with the items and quest i want.
if anyone knows how to do it or have a guide or something....
i searched like all day and i didnt found anything usefull, a couple os screenshots nothing more :S .

NPC functions and such are kept in elements.data, npcgen.data just tells the server where to put the NPCs.

I know -.- Find it yourself, it's been posted a million times on how to edit things in elements.data. I'm not spoon-feeding you, and das has said he's already told you.

i was just asking...u could just say search on forum....but i gess education doesnt fit much on your own personal status

Don't try to insult me, please, you'll just end up embarrassing yourself. I'm not going to write up yet another guide on how to edit elements.data when there are loads already on the forums. Read the sELedit documentation, search it on the forums, you'll find what you need.
