I searched for those files...(the sofag ones) didnt find anything....even went to the website...all links are dead. So....I officially surrender. I have a gazillion server files..colinex, vmware, you name it...but I'm giving myself a migrain trying to set this up.Quote:

There is no server 1.3.6 it's just a "tag"
It's modded 1.2.6 old server files (chinese) with 1.3.1 client files so it be called 1.3.6 for convenience...
All servers are the sames.. but every people have do some mod's on the originals files.
if 1.3.6 eng server didn't exist yet, then, what may be the solution for skillbook bugs?
i tried higher client from RU and CN skillbook works but, the language isn't english..
The language is not defined by the server. Only from client.
Check files in 'configs.pck' and try to replace the following files by english files from an english 'configs.pck':
List of the files to be replaced:
Code:fixed_msg.txt
item_ext_desc.txt
item_desc.txt
item_ext_prop.txt
task_err.txt
server_error.txt
skillstr.txt
buff_str.txt
also the interface.pck ones
maps in the surfaces ...and so on

you mean guys by this you've said i can fix the skillbook to work properly?
skillbook bug...im not yet encounter this problem...can give me details to this error?
i cant learn skillbooks of heaven/hell, though i can learn some skillbooks from low level skills(like tiger strike, lions roar) but on doom skills i cant learn them (like flaming dragon, backthrust etc).
Did you have the daimon(dark/purple) or fairy(pure white) level3 on your char?

And also, can you take a screen of your colinux console at the moment you trying to learn that skill on the master? Maybe a error message will be display...

i had this problem when i run it on 1.3.1 clients, but when i try it to 1.3.4RU skillbook works fine (problem here is the language and noQuest appears), on 1.3.6 and 1.4.0CN(same problem on RU).. is it on the the 1.3.1 client elements.data?
