Nope not hard just change the colors in the DDS file. Look up how to edit dds settings and if you know how to use photoshop its easy enough.
Its not hard at all... Just find a .DDS file of the mount in surfaces.pck and change the colour in Photoshop or something lol

Locate the mount in elements.data
unpack the pack it's in
go to the relative path(ecm) check textures folder
get 1. Photoshop and 2. DDS plugins for photoshop(google is your best friend) [gimp is also good also locate plugins there are other tools as well]
import and edit with photoshop(go for ctrl+u) saturation at first if ur good with photoshop do ur thing than save as DXT5 it's good as well as dxt8 or other versions(but it saves spaces one dxt8 can go to 1mb file or more so its not that of a good ideea)
than repack ur .pck and voila
or V2.
go to the ecm and change the colors with hex colors

but OrgColor can change the color without edit the dds?

photoshop with DDS can be used for a more advanced color change or what-not test for yourself
