Problem Dgs God and evil

Não consigo liberar as DGs do servidor
quando eu vou entrar na pasta root pra enviar minha full_start.sh
não entra nem nada fica do mesmo geito,
exemploo:. eu digito cd /root
o diretorio nao abre e nem da nenhum erro
sera que alguem pode me ajuda ???
