Problem to Log In

Hi, i'm having this problem, every single time i try to connect to my server...

Please if someone knows what should I do, please tell me...
I've double checked if my IP was wrong in nano /etc/hosts and everything... but nothing... i've used this tut to make it :http://forum.ragezone.com/f452/share...repost-452812/
and a lot more other but nothing..

It could be a number of problems. When you try to login, switch to your server screen and take a picture or tell us what it's saying. Then we can fix it! ;D


EDIT: I just looked at the screen (lol), this is usually because the game VERSION in the server conf files do not match the server version in your client config files (or even the server conf files do not match the server data version). So check out your configs, and still make sure to screenshot or log the server error.

Szaer, look i'm kinda of a noob in this.. so can you please tell me how do i make it match... and when you say "log the server error" how do I do that?

R u using colinux or real machine? there r several ip need to be 10.0.2.15 (for colinux), u can't change all ip in .conf
Have u edit x:\Perfect World\element\userdata\server\serverlist.txt adding ur private server? If yes, have u test connection between ur server n ur pc? If that also done, have u change version in glinkd/gamesys.conf to 10301? (that for 1.3.6 server n 1.3.1 en-my client), last one, try log in after server load all files when running the server.

for LAN, i use my computer ip n it works but u need to add ur computer ip in /etc/resolv.conf look like this

search	localdomain
nameserver 10.0.2.3
nameserver	192.168.1.4

192.168.1.4 is my computer ip

I've tried to use the command glinkd/gamesys.conf with and without the "nano", but every time I use, the coLinux console, turns black, and theres nothing to do...
