the sysinfo file has nothing to do with your problem, check the client logs.
if i remember right there are some specific dds formats the 1.3.6 client does not like and crash when used, so i think your problem might be a faulty, corrupted, or too new dds file. check every new hairstyle dds files( might be somewhere in ski) if they are dxt3, if not convert them.

Well I had the same issue on my server but that's because the files were missing in the "facedata" and "surfaces" .pck folders

It was all about the DXT3 DDS file format like you said <3
All works now :)

EDIT: Actually i still have some problems
The TB and EG hairfashions seem to work ONLY if ill rename them to one of the existing (old) headfashions and ill swap the files
So basically it doesnt work when i add them as new headfashion, they only work if ill change their names to match one of the old HF

good to know ^^, i figured this out by accident while trying to get new genesis interface working. basically it crashes for the same reason when you just exchange all dds without converting them. additionally there is the "dxt3-4x4" limitation, which means most images have to be a multiple of 4 in height and width.

I find this odd as all I did was copy PWI's facecata.pck and then add the elements.data info and they work great.

Lol wow seriously? Thats weird
Well i managed to get the EG hairfashions to work
The Tideborn ones still doesnt work, i tried copying the orginal files without changing anything and also changing the DDS files to the DXT3 extension but neither way, it doesnt work

Only thing I would say would be to make sure none of the textures or hairstyles have conflicting ID numbers, also that the icons references are in your surfaces.pck. I have experienced crashes if the tga referenced in that line doesn't exist. Hope this helps.
